Condensed Milk Cheesecake Slice


7 Ingredients:

  • 250g Arnott's Nice bread rolls
  • 125g margarine, dissolved
  • 500g cream cheddar, at room temperature
  • 397g can improve dense milk
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Coles Australian Free Range Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blended berries

4 Method Steps:

Stage 1

Preheat broiler to 150C. Oil and line base and 2 long sides of a 20cm x 30cm lamington skillet with baking paper, permitting the sides to overhang.

 in a food processor until finely squashed. Add the margarine and cycle until all around consolidated. Spoon the roll combination into the pre-arranged container. Utilize the foundation of a level-lined glass to spread and press over the base. Place in cooler for 30 mins to chill.


Stage 3

In the meantime, process the cream cheddar in a food processor until smooth. Add the dense milk and lemon squeeze and cycle until smooth. Add the eggs. Process until very much joined.


Stage 4

Sprinkle a large portion of the berries over the base. Pour over the cream cheddar combination and smooth the surface. Sprinkle with residual berries. Heat for 30 mins or until recently set. Switch off the stove. Cool in stove, with the entryway unlatched, for 60 minutes. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to chill. Slice into squares to serve.
